Goodbye world. I should be cutting off ties from the internet world for at least 3 days till I get back.
I am eager to visit the place I promised to. I am eager to see how much the place changed since then. I am eager to meet up with Socheat once again. Yay!
Cheers. (good night to that special someone in japan too.)

on the 8th of december
Music: Sara Bareilles - Gravity
Great music for a cool and windy tuesday night. Heh, I had always liked music that does fares simple on the "decorations" and excessively backgrounds. Especially acoustic verions or unplugged recordings! Kudos to a great nice song for the wandering mind in night.
Today marks the 6th day after the end of the examinations - and the end of the fifth semester. Tis not a long journey to look back and realise that I'm all but half done in my pursue of the degree. Many-a-time, the fuel for the heart and soul gets expended in the process. Sometimes, music helps to relieve its symptoms; other times spending keeps the blues at bay.
I don't particularly liken the practice of reading journals after journals forevermore. I'd rather go for another Field Studies module where theories become the central force that drives us to test and augment our experiences. Cosmopolitanisation - is it in our dreams to expand our views and see the world?
But yet ultimately there's a ton of lil' mundane stuff that makes our lives complete.
The six days are well spent. I had gone for 2 runs, making my nike+ sports system useful. I've set goals that will slowly work up to long distances as time goes. I went for a swim. I fell sick. I played game (p.s. Dragon Age is a great RPG). I went out. Things I wouldn't have the time to.
With regards to the failed thailand trip, I've booked a trip to Malacca instead. Cheers to myself for being so fortunate to travel and see the world around me. I wouldn't mind if its to a near "neighbouring" country or a "uncommon" Asian country; afterall, all countries have their intrinsic value, value that no commercial world could ever comprehend with dollars and cents.
The new SK team is set to leave for their mission and to continue on the legacy of the past. And here I told Chit Chin how glad I felt when I see them getting ready for the day.
And also in the coming month, marks another joyous occasion on the 4th of January: a small step towards making the future a reality. =)
As the new year is approaching its conclusion, I am happy to have lived in this time and experienced Life. Afterall, the cliche phrases holds true: Life is Beautiful. Looking forward to living my December in 2009.
Cheers

Christmas Comes Early #2
Music: Damien Rice - Delicate (live)
(p.s. this is really a great piece of music. one of my personal favorites to say the least)
Well, I guess the semester's pretty much (going to be) concluded in 16hours time. Heh, and here I go having a premature breather for an hour or two. I'd just completed one paper today and going to start my revision for the last remaining one at 9am tomorrow.
Indeed, Christmas comes early. I've already thought about my new wishlist for Christmas. =) Well, whatever makes me happy, makes me happy!
I will need sometime to properly reflect on this semester's happenings and conclude the year for a brand new 2010. There's a ton of stuff in my mind, stuff thats waiting for me to fulfill and overcome.
Well, I should be heading down to catch up on my Remote Sensing module. In the mean time, I present you, Damien Rice - Delicate. Heh. =)
Goodevening world.
